石英管作为特种工业技术玻璃,具有透光性好、电绝缘性好、耐腐蚀、耐高温等性能。无接触拉管法拉制成型石英管的尺寸主要受到加热功率、母材尺寸、管内气体流量、牵引速度的影响。本文主要探究管内气体流量、牵引速度对石英管尺寸的影响。通过参数公式计算,可快速调整工艺操作拉制所需石英管。

As a special industrial technology glass,quartz tube has properties of good light transmission,electrical insulation,corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.The size of quartz tube made by non-contact tube drawing is affected by heating power,base material size,gas flow rate in tube and traction speed.This paper mainly explores the influence of gas flow rate in tube and traction speed on the size of quartz tube.By calculating the parameter formula,the process operation can be quickly adjusted to draw the required quartz tube.
