摘要
通过浆水回收利用系统的设备选型和工艺参数优化,实现混凝土浆水与砂石和细砂的分离。开展日常浆水浓度监测,建立浆水浓度与密度的关系,便于配合比设计参数选取。试验表明,浆水在48h留置时间内掺量60%以内对胶砂强度无不利影响;浆水浓度10%以内、掺量60%以内对胶砂流动度影响较小,对胶砂强度无不利影响,甚至强度有增高趋势。4%浓度的浆水在C30混凝土中0~90d强度发展正常,甚至高于未掺浆水情况。浆水实现零排放,提升了混凝土行业绿色生产水平,有良好的社会和经济效益。
Through the equipment selection and process parameter optimization of the slurry water recycling system,the separation of slurry water from sands is realized.Conduct daily slurry concentration monitoring,establish the relationship between slurry water concentration and density,and facilitate the selection of mix design parameters.The results show that the addition of slurry water less than 60%within 48-hour retention time has no adverse effect on mortar strength.The addition of slurry water with concentration less than 10%and content less than 60%has little effect on mortar fluidity and has no adverse effect on mortar strength.The strength development of C30 concrete with 4%concentration slurry water during 0~90 days is normal,even higher than that without slurry water.The zero discharge of slurry water improves the green production level of concrete industry and brings good social and economic benefits.
