As a service to the real economy,the inspection and certification industry’s digital transformation and upgrading in technology management,quality management and other aspects can provide impetus for enterprise development,industry promotion and industrial upgrading.Digital upgrading is not only a mandatory course for enterprise,but also a task that needs to be explored by every front-line department within the enterprise.This paper elaborates on the digital exploration process of front-line departments in laboratory administrative management.
