某超高层住宅塔楼结构设计及抗震性能分析

摘要 厦门某超高层住宅项目工程建筑存在“扭转不规则”“凹凸不规则”两项不规则。通过不同计算软件对其开展了抗震性能分析。研究表明,多遇地震作用下,结构x向底部计算的总地震剪力偏小,应调整其以上各层的地震剪力以满足最小地震剪力要求,各项计算结果基本满足规范要求;设防烈度地震作用下结构满足性能水准4的抗震性能目标;罕遇地震下弹塑性层间位移角两个方向最不利工况下层间位移角满足规范限值,满足“大震不倒的基本要求”。 There are two irregularities in the construction of a super high-rise residential project in Xiamen,namely''torsion irregularity''and''unevenness irregularity".This article conducts seismic performance analysis on it using different calculation software.Research has shown that under frequent seismic actions,the total seismic shear force calculated at the bottom of the structure in the X-direction is relatively small.The seismic shear forces of each layer above it should be adjusted to meet the minimum seismic shear force requirements,and all calculation results basically meet the requirements of the specifications;under seismic action of fortification intensity,the structure meets the seismic performance target of performance level 4;under the most unfavorable working conditions of elastic-plastic interlayer displacement angle in two directions under rare earthquakes,the interlayer displacement angle of the lower layer meets the standard limit value and meets the basic requirement of"not collapsing during large earthquakes".
