介绍一项目运用一种玻璃幕墙外附着铝合金格栅装配式施工方法。经过对铝合金格栅单元进行BIM建模和三维定位,精准确定弯弧铝型材切割下料尺寸,在加工场组合成格栅单元。施工现场通过专用T挂件与玻璃幕墙立柱连接,从而保证玻璃幕墙外附着铝合金格栅系统的安全性、美观性、可靠性,为同类工程提供借鉴经验。

Introduce a project using a prefabricated construction method of attaching aluminum alloy grilles to the exterior of glass curtain walls.After BIM modeling and 3D positioning of aluminum alloy grid units,the cutting and cutting dimensions of curved aluminum profiles were accurately determined,and they were combined into grid units in the processing plant.The construction site is connected to the pillars of the glass curtain wall through dedicated T pendants,ensuring the safety,aesthetics,and reliability of the aluminum alloy grille system attached to the outside of the glass curtain wall,providing reference experience for similar projects.
