摘要
以某铁路隧道工程为例,介绍一种复杂地质条件下铁路隧道施工技术。该技术主要包括三台阶九步临时仰拱开挖技术和二重管回退式超深孔注浆预加固技术两部分内容。其中,三台阶九步临时仰拱开挖技术采用开挖与支护同步推进工艺,可有效实现隧道施工初期支护效果;二重管回退式超深孔注浆预加固技术则可用于开挖线内外的进一步加固补强。相关铁路隧道施工技术可作为后续同类工程项目的参考技术,旨在有效应对复杂地质条件对铁路隧道施工的影响,保障施工后隧道的稳定性。
Taking a railway tunnel project as an example,this paper introduces a construction technology for railway tunnels under complex geological conditions.This technology mainly includes two parts:the excavation technology of temporary inverted arch with three steps and nine steps,and the pre reinforcement technology of double pipe retreat type ultra deep hole grouting.Among them,the excavation technology of the three steps and nine steps temporary inverted arch adopts a synchronous excavation and support process,which can effectively achieve the initial support effect of tunnel construction;The double tube retreat type ultra deep hole grouting pre reinforcement technology can be used for further reinforcement and reinforcement inside and outside the excavation line.The relevant railway tunnel construction technology can serve as a reference technology for similar engineering projects in the future,aiming to effectively address the impact of complex geological conditions on railway tunnel construction and ensure the stability of the tunnel after construction.
