摘要
随着外墙外保温系统的普遍应用,越来越多的人开始关注外墙外保温系统中保温抗拉承载力的增加和抗疲劳性能。首先介绍混凝土外墙EPS板保温工程的施工质量可靠的重要性,并对其质量控制进行说明,接着又运用ANSYS/LS-dyna软件对混凝土外墙EPS板保温系统进行可靠性仿真模拟,得到施加不同离地高度风荷载后模型的应力云图。最后通过改变粘贴方式分析对EPS保温板可靠性的影响。
With the widespread application of external wall insulation systems,more and more people are paying attention to the increase in insulation tensile bearing capacity and fatigue resistance performance of external wall insulation systems.This article first introduces the importance of reliable construction quality of concrete exterior wall EPS board insulation engineering,and explains its quality control.Then,the Ansys/LS-dyna software is used to simulate the reliability of the concrete exterior wall EPS board insulation system,and the stress cloud map of the model after applying wind loads at different ground heights is obtained.Finally,the impact on the reliability of EPS insulation board was analyzed by changing the pasting method.
