川陕革命老区从巩固脱贫攻坚成果到接续乡村振兴的路径探析--以万源市K村为例

A Study of the Path from Poverty Alleviation to Rural Revitalization in Sichuan-Shaanxi Old Revolutionary Base:A Case Study of K Village in Wanyuan County

乡村振兴是脱贫攻坚完成后的一项重大战略举措,推进川陕革命老区从巩固脱贫攻坚成果到接续乡村振兴有效衔接至关重要。万源市位于川陕革命老区腹地,做好巩固衔接工作具有重要意蕴,即有利于消除贫困再生风险、促进城乡一体化发展以及推进深化农村改革,提升乡村治理能力。不容忽视,川陕革命老区万源市在做好二者衔接的过程中,仍面临着人才流失、产业发展滞后、内生动力不足等系列困境。为此,要通过多措并举吸引人才,留住人才、多元化发展特色产业,助力乡村振兴、改变脱贫户思想观念,激发内生动力等路径来推动川陕革命老区脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有效衔接。

Rural revitalization is a major strategic measure after the completion of poverty alleviation,and it is very im-portant to promote the effective connection between the Sichuan-Shaanxi Old Revolutionary Base from consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation to continuing the rural revitalization.Wanyuan County is located in the hinterland of Si-chuan-Shaanxi Old Revolutionary Base,so it is of great significance to consolidate and integrate the work well:It is condu-cive to eliminating the risk of poverty regeneration,promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas,promot-ing the deepening of rural reform,and improving the capacity of rural governance.It should not be ignored that Wanyuan County,Sichuan-Shaanxi Old Revolutionary Base still faces a series of difficulties such as brain drain,backward industrial development and insufficient endogenous power in the process of doing a good job of connecting the two.Therefore,it is necessary to attract talents through a number of measures,retain talents,diversify the development of characteristic indus-tries,help rural revitalization,change the ideas of poverty alleviation households,and stimulate endogenous impetus to pro-mote the effective connection between poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization in the Sichuan-Shaanxi Old Revolutionary Base.
