行业协会商会作为推进国家治理现代化的重要组成部分,必须发挥党的集中统一领导这个显著优势。党建的政治引领机制、价值引导机制和资源激励机制,有助于激发行业协会商会参与治理的内生动力,保证行业协会商会治理的政治方向,赋予行业协会商会正确的价值导向,引导行业协会商会依法合规参与治理。党建的治理支持机制和运行监督机制,可有效规避行业协会商会参与治理过程中的无序竞争乃至违规违法现象,提升行业协会商会的组织能力,最终提升行业协会商会参与国家治理现代化的能力。
