摘要 基于AHP-FCE理论构建评价体系,以教育部《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》等政策文件与文献研究等为依据,从四类评价主体视角筛选出原始评价指标,通过信度和效度的检验来构建综合指标体系;以温州职业技术学院课程思政建设为实例收集样本数据,运用层次分析法(AHP)与模糊综合评价法(FCE)理论,构建评价模型,计算综合指标权重及评分,评分结果与实际相符。该评价体系弥补了定性评价主观性缺陷,将定性转化为定量分析,为课程思政教学质量有效评价提供了参考。 This study builds an evaluation system based on AHP-FCE theory.Firstly,based on policy documents such as the“Guiding Outline for Ideological and Political Construction of Higher Education Curriculum”issued by the Ministry of Education and literature research,from the perspective of four types of evaluation subjects,the original evaluation indicators are screened,and the comprehensive index system is constructed by testing the reliability and validity.Taking the curriculum ideological and political construction of Wenzhou Polytechnic as an example,sample data were collected,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)theory were used to construct an evaluation model,and the weight and score of comprehensive indicators were calculated.The scoring results are consistent with the reality.The evaluation system makes up for the subjective defects of qualitative evaluation,transforms qualitative analysis into quantitative analysis,and provides reference for the effective evaluation of the quality of ideological and political teaching.
