“实施乡村振兴战略”是党的十九大报告提出的关系我国乡村一些列重大理论和实践问题的重要战略规划,而实现乡村振兴离不开农村教育振兴。农村教育既是新时代推进教育现代化的薄弱环节,又是建设教育强国的重中之重,与乡村振兴同频同振。新时代,要充分彰显出农村教育的时代价值,激发出农村教育的活力,推进农村教育现代化的步伐,以农村教育振兴助力乡村振兴,助力民族复兴。要强化家庭教育功能,重视家庭教育;加强农村师资队伍建设,厚植教育情怀;完善基础设施,促进农村教育教学高质量发展。

The“Implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy”is an crucial strategic plan for a series of major theoretical and practical issues in rural areas proposed in the report at the 19th CPC National Congress.However,the realization of rural revitalization is inseparable from the revitalization of rural education.Rural education is not only the weak link in promoting the modernization of education in the new era,but also the top priority in building an educational powerhouse,which is closely related to rural revitalization.In the new era,it is necessary to fully demonstrate the value of rural education in the times and stimulate the vitality of rural education,so as to promote the pace of rural education modernization and to empower rural revitalization and national rejuvenation with revitalization of rural education.The function of family education should be strengthened and emphasis should be placed on family education;the construction of rural teachers should be reinforced to cultivate educational sense;the infrastructure should be improved to promote the high-quality development of rural education and teaching.
