习近平文化思想与习近平关于城市工作重要论述精神的结合,为中国特色社会主义城市文化发展和城市文明进步提供了方向指引。在城市和文化的关系上,城市化是推动人类社会发展、文明进步和文化现代化建设的必由之路,城市文明程度是衡量社会整体文明水平的重要指标。中国式现代化是物质文明和精神文明相协调的现代化,决定着中国要走两个文明协调发展的中国式城市现代化道路。建设中国特色社会主义先行示范区是深圳在新时代新征程的崭新城市使命,应在深圳城市文明复杂系统的发展中,着重发挥城市文明典范这一城市精神文明建设的灵魂作用。文化是城市的灵魂,城市文明典范是城市文化发展的高阶形态,是城市文化创新推动城市文明时代跃迁的产物。城市文明典范建设为推动中国式文化现代化进程提供了强大的城市文明驱动力,是实现人民美好生活向往、引领城市高质量发展、推进国家文化自信自强和提升国家国际传播力影响力的重要实践路径。我们应自觉把习近平文化思想同城市文明典范建设结合起来,不断提升深圳城市精神文明建设面向现代化的创新力、面向未来的引领力、面向市民的渗透力、面向世界的传播力和面向“政产学研用”的协同力,努力创建社会主义现代化文化强国的城市文明发展范例。

The combination of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture and the spirit of Xi Jinping’s important expositions on urban work provides a direction for the development of urban culture and progress in urban civilization with socialism with Chinese characteristics.In terms of the relationship between city and culture,urbanization is the means to promote the development of human society,civilization,and cultural modernization.The level of urban civilization serves as an important indicator for societal advancement.Chinese-style modernization is the modernization coordinated with material civilization and spiritual civilization,which determines that China should pursue a path towards Chinese-style urban modernization.Building a socialist demonstration area is a new mission for Shenzhen in this new era and journey.In the development of Shenzhen’s complex system of urban civilization,it should focus on giving full play to the role of the model of urban civilization,which is the soul of the purpose of urban spiritual civilization construction.Culture is the essential characteristics of a city.The model of urban civilization is the higher form of urban cultural development,and the product of urban cultural innovation promoting the transition of urban civilization.The construction of the model of urban civilization provides a strong driving force for Chinese‐Style Cultural Modernization,and is an important practical path to realize people’s yearning for a better life,lead the high-quality development of cities,promote national cultural confidence and selfimprovement,and enhance the international influence of China.We should consciously integrate Xi Jinping Thought on Culture with the construction of the model of urban civilization,while continuously enhancing the innovative,leading,penetrating,disseminating,and collaborative power of Shenzhen’s urban spiritual civilization.This will enable us to strive towards creating a model for the development of urban civilization that embodies the power of socialist modern culture.
