摘要
本研究以12种莜麦面为研究对象,通过微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定12种元素的含量。样品采用微波消解处理,在仪器条件最佳状态下进行检测,12种元素的线性回归方程相关系数在0.9980~0.9998之间,检出限为0.0002~2.1μg/L,相对标准偏差在2.4%~7.7%之间,加标回收率满足要求。利用降维-因子分析方法对12批次莜麦面中的12种元素进行分析,得出以Zn、K、Cu、Mg、Ca为代表的主成分1;以Sr、Se为代表的主成分2;以Cr、Na为代表的主成分3;以Pb为代表的主成分4,并应用4个主成分因子得分和方差贡献率进行综合评价。结果表明,莜麦面中富含K、Ca、Na、Mg、Zn等人体必需营养元素,污染元素全部符合国家限量规定。
The content of 12 elements in 12 kinds of naked oats flour were determined by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The samples were digested by microwave and tested under the best conditions of the instrument.The correlation coefficient of the linear regression equation of 12 elements was 0.9980~0.9998,the detection limit was 0.0002~2.1μg/L,and the relative standard deviation was 2.4%~7.7%,the recovery rate of spiking meets the requirements.The 12 elements in 12 batches of naked oats flour were analyzed by the method of dimensionality reduction and factor analysis,Reach the principal component 1 represented by Zn,K,Cu,Mg,Ca;principal component 2 represented by Sr and Se;principal component 3 represented by Cr and Na;principal component 4 represented by Pb,and the four principal component factor score and variance contribution rate were used for comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that naked oats flour was rich in K,Ca,Na,Mg,Zn and other essential nutrients for human body,and all the pollution elements meet the national limit.
