多齿围沙蚕规模化苗种繁育与全人工养殖技术研究

摘要 为缓解多齿围沙蚕苗种紧缺的现状,探索其规模化苗种繁育与全人工养殖技术,于2021—2022年在浙江省温岭市利用水泥池开展了多齿围沙蚕规模化苗种繁育和养成技术研究。苗种繁育试验:挑选雌性亲体4480尾、雄性亲体1120尾,共催产29批次,获得受精卵9052.76万粒;苗种繁育池累计总面积为1450 m^(2),孵化3刚节疣足幼虫7499.37万尾,孵化率为82.84%;培育体长2~3 cm的幼沙蚕共4261.5万尾,平均附苗密度为2.94万尾/m^(2)。养成试验:养殖池总面积为9720 m^(2)(60 m^(2)×162口),一年两茬,共收捕商品沙蚕57834 kg,平均规格为439尾/kg,成活率为59.55%;总产值为348.35万元,净利润为185.01万元;经折算,平均产量达5.95 kg/m^(2),平均产值为358.38元/m^(2),平均利润为190.34元/m^(2)。 To alleviate the shortage of Perinereis nuntia seedlings,a series of studies on the technology of large-scale breeding and artificial culture of P.nuntia were conducted in the cement ponds in Wenling,Zhejiang province from^(2)021 to 2022.Artificial breeding studies showed that 90.5276 million fertilized eggs were collected by 29 batches artificial induce from 4480 female parents and 1120 male parents in the 1450 m^(2) areas cement ponds.74.9937 million three setiger juvenile were hatched with the hatching rate of 82.84%.A total of 42.615 million sand silkworm larvae with the body length of 2-3 cm were cultivated and the average seedling density was 29400 tails/m^(2).Artificial culture experiment showed that 57834 kg adult sand silkworm could be harvested in two crops per year with an average size of 439 tails/kg,and the survival rate was 59.55%.The total output value was 3.4835 million RMB,and the net profit was 1.8501 million RMB.After conversion,the average output could reach 5.95 kg/m^(2),the average output value was 358.38 RMB/m^(2),and the average profit was 190.34 RMB/m^(2).
