公路建设项目质量成本控制探析

近年来,随着公路建设项目的规模越来越大、工期要求越来越紧,国家推出一系列质量管理措施,为建设平安百年品质工程,打造质量强国青海交通样本。在项目管理中必须将质量管理工作与项目生产经营紧密结合,关注项目成本的同时不能忽视工程质量,在注重工程质量的同时要考虑成本。如何在质量管理中做到“适量质量”,使质量成本控制在最低范围内,以实现工程项目的合同目标、工程经济效益和社会效益,值得深入研究。本文通过实际案例--青海省同赛高速公路项目,从公路工程质量成本的概念与分类、工程质量与成本的辩证关系论证、如何解决工程质量与质量成本相互对立的问题、实际案例中的质量成本管理措施等方面,展开探讨公路项目中质量成本控制的要点及相关措施,为今后项目管理中创造品质工程、夯实质量管理以及推动青海省公路建设高质量发展提供参考。
