粉煤灰定义及其关键要素研究

目前国内外文献对粉煤灰的定义表述不尽相同,定义包含的关键要素不一,给粉煤灰的研究、应用和管理带来不便。本文归纳总结了国内外论文、专著、标准、词典与百科等文献对粉煤灰的定义和描述,确定粉煤灰定义的关键要素为产生粉煤灰的燃料种类、燃烧炉类型、收集部位以及物质状态。我国标准除《硅酸盐建筑制品用粉煤灰》(JC/T 409-2016)外,均明确了粉煤灰是煤燃烧产生、在烟道气体中收集的粉末状物质,与燃料种类、收集部位和物质状态3个关键要素方面的规定基本一致。与燃烧炉类型、是否加工和应用领域规定有所不同。国外粉煤灰定义中对燃料种类大多规定为煤或煤粉,但英国标准协会与柯林斯词典并没有明确规定燃料种类;除美国材料与试验协会C125外均没有规定燃烧炉类型。最后根据粉煤灰定义的关键要素提出了粉煤灰和飞灰定义的建议。
