摘要
沥青作为有机材料,在恶劣的自然环境下容易发生老化,使沥青路面过早地产生病害,不仅影响沥青路面的服役性能,更会降低其使用年限。近年来青海省高速公路里程迅速增加,车辆大型化、超载严重及渠化现象也日益突出,对沥青路面的技术性能提出了更高要求。目前通常采用改性剂以增强沥青路面的路用性能,国内道路行业常用的改性沥青混合料生产工艺主要有两种:一种是预拌式改性方案,另一种是直投式改性方案。本文针对察尔汗至格尔木公路直投式改性沥青的使用时其进行社会经济效益分析,从社会经济效益角度探讨直投式改性沥青在青海省高海拔地区的适用性。
As a typical organic material,asphalt is prone to aging in the harsh natural environment,which causes premature disease of asphalt pavement,not only affects the service performance of asphalt pavement,but also reduces its service lifeIn recent years,the highway mileage in Qinghai Province has increased rapidly,with the upsizing of vehicles,serious overloading and channelization becoming increasingly prominent,which puts forward higher requirements for the technical performance of asphalt pavementAt present,modifiers are usually used to enhance the pavement performance of asphalt pavementThere are mainly two kinds of modified asphalt mixture production processes commonly used in domestic road industry,one is the pre-mix modification scheme,the other is the direct cast modification schemeThis paper analyzes the social and economic benefits of the direct-cast modified asphalt from Qarhan to Golmud highway,and discusses the applicability of direct-cast modified asphalt in high altitude areas of Qinghai Province from the perspective of social and economic benefits.
