摘要
目的观察针刺对青光眼患者的图形视网膜电图(pattern-electroretinogram,P-ERG)、图形视诱发电位(pattern visual evoked potential,P-VEP)、振荡电位(oscillation potentials,OPs)及视野光敏度的影响。方法选取270例青光眼患者,随机分为治疗组(136例136眼)和对照组(134例134眼)。对照组予基础降眼压治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上予针刺治疗。比较两组治疗前后视觉电生理指标(P-ERG的P50和N95的幅值与潜伏期、P-VEP的P100的幅值及潜伏期、OPs)以及视野光敏度[视野平均光敏度(mean light sensitivity,MS)和平均缺损(mean defect of visual field,MD)]的变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组P-ERG的P50和N95幅值及潜伏期、P-VEP的P100幅值及潜伏期和OPs优于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗组P-ERG的P50和N95幅值、P-VEP的P100幅值和OPs高于对照组(P<0.05),P-ERG的P50和N95潜伏期及P-VEP的P100潜伏期低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组视野MS和MD优于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗组视野MS高于对照组(P<0.05),视野MD低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在基础降眼压治疗的基础上,针刺治疗青光眼可以改善视野光敏度,保护视神经,改善视功能。
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture on pattern-electroretinogram(P-ERG),pattern visual evoked potential(P-VEP),oscillation potentials(OPs)and visual field light sensitivity in patients with glaucoma.Method A total of 270 glaucoma patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(136 cases,136 eyes)and the control group(134 cases,134 eyes).The control group was treated with basic intraocular pressure lowering treatment,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture in addition to the treatment used in the control group.The changes of visual electrophysiological indexes(amplitude and latency of P50 and N95 of P-ERG,amplitude and latency of P100 of P-VEP,OPs)and visual field sensitivity[mean light sensitivity(MS)and mean defect of visual field(MS)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result After treatment,the P50 and N95 amplitude and latency of P-ERG,P100 amplitude and latency of P-VEP and OPs of both groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.05);the P50 and N95 amplitude of P-ERG,P100 amplitude of P-VEP and OPs of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the P50 and N95 latency of P-ERG and P-P50 and N95 latency of P-ERG and P100 latency of P-VEP were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MS and MD of visual field of both groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.05);the MS of visual field of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the MD of visual field was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In addition to basic IOP-lowering treatment,acupuncture treatment for glaucoma can improve visual field sensitivity,protect the optic nerve and improve visual function.
