“幼小科学衔接”政策执行中幼儿园教师面临的困境与调适策略

The Implementation Dilemma and Adjustment Strategy of Kindergarten Teachers in the Policy of“Scientific Connection between Kindergarten and Primary School”

摘要 幼小科学衔接有利于实现教师及家长教育观念及行为的转变,帮助幼儿顺利完成由幼儿园到小学的过渡。调研访谈结果表明,当前幼小科学衔接政策实施过程中存在幼儿园教师疲于应付、外部支持力量不足、相关活动效果不佳等问题。为了优化工作机制和提高工作质量,可以采取以下调适策略:教育部门加强监督评估,杜绝工作形式化;幼儿园加强支持力度,提升教师工作胜任力;相关主体协商合作,形成幼小科学衔接合力。 The scientific interface between early childhood and elementary school is conducive to the transformation of teachers’and parents’educational concepts and behaviors,and to help children successfully complete the transition from kindergarten to elementary school.The results of the research and interviews show that the current implementation of the early childhood and elementary school science bridging policy has problems such as kindergarten teachers being overwhelmed,insufficient external support forces,and ineffective related activities.In order to optimize the working mechanism and improve the quality of work,the following adaptation strategies can be adopted:the education department should strengthen the supervision and evaluation to stop the formalization of work;the kindergarten should strengthen the support to enhance the teachers’competence;and the relevant entities should negotiate and cooperate to form a synergy of the early childhood-primary science interface.
