摘要
为研究福建省创新驱动发展过程中资源投入产出效率,在福建省2013-2021年部分年份创新驱动发展面板数据基础上建立投入产出指标体系,运用数据包络分析方法(BCC模型)测度福建省在不同发展阶段的创新发展静态效率.运用生产率指数模型(Mulquist模型)研究福建省创新发展效率动态演进情况,并运用聚类分析模型对福建省不同设区市的创新发展分异规律进行总结.研究结果显示,福建省内不同设区市的创新发展效率呈现不均性和波动性.根据研究结论,提出涵盖均衡创新资源配置、优化区域产业布局和营造创新环境等提升区域创新驱动发展效益建议.
In order to study the input output efficiency of resources in the process of innovation driven development in Fujian Province,an input output index system was established on the basis of panel data of innovation driven development in some years from 2013 to 2021 in Fujian Province,and data envelopment analysis(BCC model)was used to measure the static efficiency of innovation and development in Fujian Province at different stages of development.The productivity index model(Mulquist model)was used to study the dynamic evolution of innovation development efficiency in Fujian Province,and the clustering analysis model was used to summarize the differentiation laws of innovation development in different districts and cities in Fujian Province.The research results showed that the innovation development efficiency of different districts and cities in Fujian Province exhibited unevenness and volatility.Based on the research findings,suggestions were proposed to enhance the efficiency of regional innovation driven development,including balancing the allocation of innovation resources,optimizing regional industrial layout,and creating an innovation environment.
