学校体育场馆资源与社会共享困境的三维框架:一项质性研究的探索

摘要 通过质性研究探讨学校体育场馆与社会共享的困境,以一对一半结构式访谈、焦点团体访谈等方法,对我国24个省份的政府部门管理者、学校管理者和部分社会人员等3个利益主体进行访谈.访谈和问卷资料以内容分析法加以归纳,利用扎根理论形成一个多阶层的概念,在3个利益主体的观点中分别找出具有意义的3个高阶主题“制度不全”“资源紧张”和“条件限制”,构成学校体育场馆资源与社会共享困境的三维框架.并提出突破困境策略:完善制度,破解桎梏;补充资源,剔除绊脚石;创设条件,摆脱遏抑. As a public sports product,school stadiums and gymnasiums have the characteristics of serving the public.With the increasing demand of people for fitness,it is imperative to share the resources of school sports stadiums with the society.Through qualitative research methods to explore the dilemma between school stadiums and gymnasiums and social sharing,and by means of one to one semi structured interviews,focus group interviews and other methods,interviews were conducted with three stakeholders,including government department managers,school managers and some social personnel in 24 provinces of China.The interview and questionnaire data were summarized by content analysis method,and a multi level concept was formed by using the grounded theory.Three high level topics of significance were identified from the perspective of the three stakeholders,namely,“incomplete system”,“resource tension”and“condition restriction”,which constituted the three dimensional framework of the dilemma of the sharing of school stadiums and gymnasiums resources and society.Strategies to break through the dilemma are to improve the system and break the shackles,supplement resources and remove obstacles,to create conditions and get rid of repression.
