职校生身份与“双习”收获如何良性互动——基于太仓市产教联合体构建的实地考察

How to Have a Benign Interaction between the Identity of Vocational School Students and the Gains of"Theory and Practice Learning"——On Site Investigation Based on the Construction of Taicang City's Industry Education

摘要 职业教育的文化和符号特性影响着职校生的身份认同和“双习”收获,且职校生身份与“双习”收获之间存在着密切联系。采用案例研究设计,基于对太仓市产教联合体构建的实地考察,试图分析职校生身份构建与“双习”收获之间的关系及其支持体系。研究发现,职校生“双习”具有明显的实践和技能导向,兼具企业生产特性;职校生的负向体验和文化遭遇既影响其积极性,也破坏其个体的身份认同。结论表明:“政府—企业—学校—社会”四位一体的支持系统是实现职校生身份与“双习”收获良性互动的基础保障;师资建设与课程改革为职校生身份与“双习”收获良性互动保驾护航;职校生身份与“双习”收获内部良性循环是两者良性互动的关键动力。为此,提出完善职校生升学路径、加强数字化人才培养、规范企业产业合作、建立职业教育监测评价标准等改善路径,为中国职业教育发展贡献“太仓方案”。 The cultural and symbolic characteristics of vocational education affect the identity and"theory and practice learning"gains of vocational school students,and there is a close connection between the identity of vocational school students and gains of"theory and practice learning".Using a case study design,based on a field investigation of the construction of the Taicang industry education integration union,this study attempts to analyze the relationship and support system between the identity construction of vocational school students and the gains of"theory and practice learning".Research has found that vocational school students'theory and practice learning has obvious practical and skill orientation,and has the characteristics of enterprise production;the negative experiences and cultural encounters of vocational school students not only affect their enthusiasm,but also undermine their individual identity.The conclusion indicates that the four in one support system of"government enterprise school society"is the basic guarantee for achieving a positive interaction between the identity of vocational school students and the gains of"theory and practice learning";teacher construction and curriculum reform provide protection for the positive interaction between the identity of vocational school students and the gains of"theory and practice learning";the internal positive cycle between the identity of vocational school students and the gains of"theory and practice learning"is the key driving force for the positive interaction.Therefore,it is proposed to improve the path for vocational school students to pursue higher education,strengthen digital talent cultivation,standardize enterprise industry cooperation,establish vocational education monitoring and evaluation standards,and contribute to the development of China's vocational education through the"Taicang Plan".
