浅析“商业智能”在课堂教学设计中的应用——以“职业道德与职业素养”课程为例

摘要 数字经济时代,以“商业智能”为代表的数据挖掘和分析的工具逐渐成为高校课堂教学设计中的重要辅助手段。以“职业道德与职业素养”课程为例,通过对课程现存问题的研究,提出了将商业智能技术融入课堂教学的课程设计模式,该模式包括数据获取、数据分析、数据应用三个阶段,通过问卷和课堂表现记录来获取课堂数据,使用Python等计算机软件工具加以辅助分析,分析结果应用于学习态度、学习内容和学习评估等多个方面,最终实现教学模式的改进。课堂实践验证的结果表明,通过引入数据分析的方式可以更好的调动学生的积极性。该模式以学生为中心,通过数据分析的结果反馈推动课程的进展,促进学生知识的建构,并且数据获取的方式简单易行,具备推广的价值。 In the era of digital economy,data mining and analysis tools represented by"business intelligence"have gradually become important auxiliary means in the design of classroom teaching in universities.Taking the course"Professional Ethics and Professional Literacy"as an example,a course design model integrating business intelligence technology into classroom teaching is proposed through research on existing problems in the course.This model includes three stages:data acquisition,data analysis,and data application.Classroom data is obtained through questionnaires and classroom performance records,and computer software tools such as Python are used for auxiliary analysis.The analysis results are applied to multiple aspects such as learning attitude,learning content,and learning evaluation,ultimately achieving improvement in the teaching mode.The results of classroom practice verification indicate that introducing data analysis can better motivate students.This model is student-centered and promotes the progress of the course through feedback from data analysis results,promoting the construction of student knowledge.The method of data acquisition is simple and feasible,and has the value of promotion.
