摘要 基于协同理论,阐明了高职教材建设与岗位职业能力达成的协同效应,分析了当前高职教材在服务岗位职业能力达成过程中存在的企业岗位人才需求、专业实践教学落实、师资队伍专业素质与职业院校生源现状等不协同问题,揭示了构建高职教材建设新体系、加强校企协同教材建设和完善高职教材建设体制机制等建设路径。 Based on the theory of synergy,this paper illustrates the synergistic effect between the construction of higher vocational education textbooks and the achievement of vocational competence in positions,evaluates and analyzes the problems of non synergy on the demand for enterprise job talents,the implementation of practical teaching,the professional quality of the teaching staff,and the current situation of vocational college students in the process of serving vocational competence in higher vocational education textbooks.It also reveals the construction path of building a new system for higher vocational education textbook construction,strengthening the collaborative textbook construction between schools and enterprises,and improving the system and mechanism of higher vocational education textbook construction.
