摘要
为筛选出高效防治枫香刺小蠹(Acanthotomicus suncei)的杀虫剂,采用浸虫法和药膜法分别测定6种药剂对枫香刺小蠹幼虫和成虫的室内毒力,并对毒力测定结果进行分析,结果表明:甲维盐对枫香刺小蠹幼虫和成虫的致死中质量浓度分别为0.009、0.015 g/L,表现出较高的毒力;阿维菌素和吡虫啉对枫香刺小蠹幼虫的致死中质量浓度分别为0.267、0.849 g/L;而噻虫嗪的致死中质量浓度为1.959 g/L,对枫香刺小蠹幼虫的毒力较差。高效氯氰菊酯和苦参碱对枫香刺小蠹成虫的致死中质量浓度分别为0.057、0.098 g/L,表现出较强的毒力;阿维菌素对枫香刺小蠹成虫的致死中质量浓度为0.438 g/L。因此,6种药剂中,甲维盐、阿维菌素和吡虫啉可以作为枫香刺小蠹幼虫的野外防治备选药剂;甲维盐、高效氯氰菊酯和苦参碱可以作为成虫的野外防治备选药剂。
In order to screen effective insecticides for the chemical control of Acanthotomicus suncei,the indoor toxicity of six insecticides to the larvae and adults of A.suncei was determined using the immersion method and thedrug membrane contact method.The median lethal concentrations(LC 50)of Emamectin benzoate to the larvae and adults of A.suncei were 0.009 and 0.015 g/L,respectively,showing a high toxicity.The LC 50 of Abamectin and Imidacloprid to the larvae of A.suncei were 0.267 and 0.849 g/L,respectively,while the LC 50 of Thiamethoxam was 1.959 mg/mL,indicating a poor toxicity to A.suncei larvae.The LC 50 of Beta-cypermethrin and Matrine against the adults of A.suncei were 0.057 and 0.098 g/L,respectively,showing strong toxicity.The LC 50 of Abamectin against the adults of A.suncei was 0.438 g/L.Therefore,among the six insecticides,Emamectin benzoate,Abamectinand Imidacloprid can be used as alternative insecticides for the field control of A.suncei larvae;Emamectin benzoate,Beta-cypermethrin,and Matrine can be used as alternative insecticides for adult insect control in the field.
