摘要
为探索减食期大熊猫(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)孕体B超检查的合适体位,以成都大熊猫繁育研究基地的16只妊娠后期大熊猫为研究对象,在大熊猫减食期开展孕体B超检查。结果显示:9只妊娠后期大熊猫子宫有1或2个孕体;发现孕体的体位有仰躺和非仰躺(趴、侧躺、半蹲和犬坐等);妊娠后期在非仰躺体位下检测到孕体的时间及孕体的体长与仰躺下的结果相近。通过非仰躺体位对妊娠后期大熊猫开展孕体B超检查大幅减少了对母兽行为训练的要求,改变了现有孕体B超检查思路,更尊重妊娠母兽自身意愿,减少了妊娠母兽的应激反应,更有利于孕体B超在大熊猫繁育中的大范围推广。
In order to explore the suitable posture of giant pandas(Ailuropoda melanoleuca) during anorexia using B-ultrasound examination for conceptus,16 giant pandas at Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding were investigated.Results showed that the conceptus(single and twins) was found in uterus of nine giant pandas by B-ultrasound examination.Moreover,we completed the B-ultrasound examination with the giant panda was either lying on its back,lying on its stomach,lying on its side,squatting,or sitting position of dog.We found that there was no difference in the time duration for detecting con-ceptus,as well as the length of conceptus in between lying on its back and non-lying on its back.The posture of non-lying on its back can reduce the specific trainings on animal behaviors when a B-ultrasound examination on conceptus is preformed,thereby vastly reduce the stress reaction and increase animal welfare,which can be advocated in the future B-ultrasound examination during giant panda's reproductive process.
