民族地区乡村文化振兴的实践、困境及路径优化:基于广西壮族自治区融水苗族自治县的考察

民族地区乡村文化振兴是民族地区乡村振兴的内在动力和精神引领。广西壮族自治区融水苗族自治县依托丰富优质的文化资源,从物质文化的梳理开发、非物质文化的保护传承、民族特色文化的创新发展等层面出发,进行民族地区乡村文化振兴的实践。但也面临文化资源利用不充分,村落建设发展不平衡;传统文化传承主体流失,乡村建设后续发展动力不足;文化产业效能发挥不明显,带动乡村振兴能力弱等现实困境。需要从保护和开发乡村文化资源、多维度塑造乡村文化人才以及推动民族地区乡村文旅产业健康发展等方向持续发力,助力民族地区乡村文化振兴。

The revitalization of rural culture in ethnic areas is the internal impetus and spiritual guidance of rural revitalization in ethnic areas.Relying on rich and high-quality cultural resources,Rongshui Miao Autonomous County of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region carried out the practice of revitalizing rural culture in ethnic minority areas from the aspects of the carding and development of material culture,the protection and inheritance of intangible culture,and the innovative development of ethnic characteristic culture.However,there are also dilemmas such as the insufficient utilization of cultural resources and unbalanced development of village construction,loss of traditional culture inheritance subjects,lack of momentum for the subsequent development of rural construction,inefficiency of cultural industry,weak ability to drive rural revitalization and other practical difficulties.It is necessary to protect and develop rural cultural resources,shape rural cultural talents in multiple dimensions and promote the healthy development of rural culture and tourism industry in ethnic minority areas,so as to promote the revitalization of rural culture in ethnic minority areas.
