摘要
对中密度纤维板的吸湿性进行研究,分析不同因素对板材吸湿率的影响,探究低吸湿性板材的生产工艺,为高性能板材工业化生产提供依据。结果表明,使用异氰酸酯(MDI)胶黏剂制备的板材较使用脲醛树脂胶黏剂的板材吸湿率变化幅度大。在一定密度范围内,提高板材密度,有利于降低板材吸湿率。板材初始含水率越高,其吸湿率的增长越慢。板材存放期间的湿度变化对板材吸湿率的影响最大。本试验范围内,在温度36℃、湿度90%、时间8 h的条件下,吸湿率最大。板材存放过程尽量保证常温、防潮、密封,特别是雨季。
This experiment investigated the moisture absorption of the medium density fiberboard and analyzed the effect of different factors on the moisture absorption rate.It aimed to explore the production techniques of low moisture absorption boards to meet the customer's demand for high performance boards and also to provide a basis for the industrial production of high performance boards.The results showed that the board using the MDI glue type had a faster trend of moisture absorption than the board using the urea-formaldehyde glue type.Within a certain range of density,increasing the density was beneficial for reducing the moisture absorption rate of boards.The higher the initial moisture content of the board,the slower the growth of the moisture absorption rate.The humidity change during the storage period of the boards has the greatest impact on the moisture absorption rate of the boards.Within the scope of this experiment,the moisture absorption rate was the highest under the conditions that the temperature was 36℃,humidity was 90%,and the time was 8 hours.The storage process of the boards should ensure at the room temperature,moisture resistant and sealing,especially during the rainy season.
