正丁烯技术开发与资源利用及生产工艺对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 正丁烯是重要的石油化工基本原料,广泛用于生产甲乙酮、丁二烯、仲丁醇等重要化工产品。近几年来,随着石化行业的不断发展和规模的扩大,正丁烯的需求量日益增大,因此,如何充分、合理地利用碳四(C_(4))烃,已成为我国石化企业研究者们关注的焦点之一。将C_(4)烃转化为正丁烯是实现我国碳四烃高效利用的可行途径。综述了正丁烯的主要化工利用,同时分析了正丁烯的2种生产工艺,对比了氧化脱氢和催化脱氢的各自优缺点,提出膜反应器在催化脱氢制备正丁烯方面的优势。 N-Butene is an important basic petrochemical raw material,widely used in the production of methyl ethyl ketone,butadiene,sec-butanol and other important chemical products.In recent years,with the continuous development and expansion of the petrochemical industry,the demand for n-butene is increasing.Therefore,how to fully and rationally utilize C_(4) hydrocarbons has become one of the focuses of attention of researchers in China’s petrochemical enterprises.Converting C_(4) hydrocarbons to n-butene is a feasible way to realize efficient use of four carbons in our country.This paper reviews the main chemical applications of n-butene,analyzes 2 production processes for n-butene,compares the advantages and disadvantages of oxidative dehydrogenation and catalytic dehydrogenationrespectively,and proposes the advantages of the membrane reactor in catalytic dehydrogenation for the preparation of n-butene.
