环保型大豆蛋白胶(J)制备及在户外景观设计中的应用研究

摘要 为了创造一种环保、低成本、性能良好的景观户外装置设计中艺术用胶,使用大豆蛋白在室温下与高碘酸钠(NaIO_(4))和高锰酸钾(KMnO_(4))进行氧化,制备大豆蛋白胶粘剂。试验结果表明,经NaIO_(4)氧化的胶粘剂表现出良好的干燥强度;经KMnO_(4)氧化处理的胶粘剂性能明显提高,特别是24 h冷水浸泡和3 h热水(63℃)浸泡的湿强度分别高达0.84、0.77 MPa。KMnO_(4)氧化剂在大豆蛋白氧化制备胶粘剂时可以起到较好的效果,最佳氧化剂添加量为12%。 In order to create an environmentally friendly,low-cost and high-performance art adhesive for outdoor landscape installation design,soybean protein adhesive was prepared by oxidation of soybean protein with sodium periodate(NaIO_(4))and potassium permanganate(KMnO_(4))at room temperature.The experimental results showed that the adhesive oxidized by NaIO_(4) showed good dry strength.The properties of the adhesive treated by KMnO_(4) oxidation were significantly improved.In particularly,the wet strength of the adhesive soaked in 24 h cold water and 3 h hot water(63℃)was as high as 0.84 MPa and 0.77 MPa,respectively.Therefore,oxidizerof KMnO_(4) can have a good effect on oxidation of soybean protein in the preparation of adhesive,and the optimal oxidant addition ratio is 12%.
