大型场馆类幕墙快速焊接建造技术与施工工艺优化研究

Research on rapid welding construction technology and construction technology optimization of curtain wall of large venues

为解决大型场馆类幕墙项目一般施工面积大、工期紧,幕墙、机电、园林等各专业同时展开施工,各作业面极易产生冲突,导致幕墙施工质量与施工工期难以得到保障的问题。以某大型场馆幕墙工程施工为背景,运用BIM,装配式,创新无电化施工模式,研发新型轨道式设备,将材料下单到最终竣工验收过程中所应用的各种管理及技术方案进行总结提升,最终形成大型场馆类幕墙快速施工工艺体系和一套完整的施工方案,实现大型场馆类幕墙快速节能建造,以期为后续类似项目施工提供经验。

In order to solve the problem that curtain wall projects of large venues generally have large construction area and tight construction period,the construction of curtain wall,mechanical and electrical engineering,landscape architecture and other specialties are carried out at the same time,and conflicts are easily generated among various fields,resulting in the difficulty of guaranteeing the quality of curtain wall construction and the construction period.Taking the curtain wall construction of a large venue as the background,BIM,assembly,innovation of non-electrochemical construction modewasused,new track-type equipmentwasstudiedand developed,various management and technical solutions applied in the process of final completion and acceptance of materials were summarized and improved,and finally a rapid construction process system and a complete set of construction schemes for curtain walls of large venues were formed,realizing the rapid and energy-saving construction of large-scale pavilion-type curtain walls,hoping to provide experience for the subsequent construction of similar projects.
