摘要
洛杉矶质量启动项目具有完善的运行机制和专业的技术支持,为儿童提供了优质的早期教育服务。对其评级运行模式进行了总结与分析,借鉴其经验,构建了以公共图书馆为核心的我国早期阅读质量评价体系,并提出从儿童阅读兴趣与能力、阅读环境与指导、机构资质与职工资格三方面确立早期阅读质量评价标准,以期为全面提升我国的早期阅读质量提供参考。
The Quality Start Los Angeles Program has a perfect operation mechanism and professional technical support,which provides children with high-quality early education services.This paper summarizes and analyzes its rating operation model,draws on its experience,constructs an early reading quality evaluation system in China with public libraries as the core,and proposes to establish early reading quality evaluation criteria in three aspects:children’s reading interest and ability,reading environment and guidance,and institutional qualifications and staff qualifications,in order to comprehensively improve the early reading quality in China.
