Research Progress on the Effectiveness of Multidisciplinary Team Cooperation in Geriatrics

老年患者多病共存,疾病影响因素多,传统的专科诊疗模式不足以应对老年疾病的复杂状况,需要多学科团队进行全程管理。虽然多学科团队对老年患者的重要性已得到普遍认可,但团队合作效能进展缓慢,且多学科团队会议作为其重要组成部分,其作用也一直被忽视。本文对提高多学科团队合作效能的现状作一综述,探索提高老年医学多学科团队合作效能策略,以应对当前和未来的挑战,为我国老年医学多学科的发展提供相关建议。

The existing categorization of medical specialties is inadequate to address the intricate health conditions of elderly patients who commonly experience multiple comorbidities.The management of such patients necessitates the involvement of a multidisciplinary team(MDT).While the significance of MDT in geriatrics has been acknowledged,the efficacy of teamwork and collaboration has demonstrated gradual advancement.Regrettably,MDT meetings,an integral component of the MDT approach,have received inadequate attention.This article critically examines the current research progress concerning the enhancement of MDT effectiveness,aiming to provide valuable insights,strategies,and recommendations for the efficient implementation of MDT in geriatric care.
