摘要
针对哈尔乌素选煤厂块煤在转载环节破碎严重的问题,分析了脱介筛筛上和车厢样品的块煤限下率特性,并开展了块煤跌落试验,研究跌落高度对块煤限下率的影响规律。基于力学分析建立了块煤防破碎数学模型,提出了块煤防破碎的技术方案,并开展了精煤脱介筛筛前溜槽和带式输送机机头溜槽防破碎改造。改造后,车厢块煤产品25 mm限下率平均为20.31%,较技术应用前下降16.23百分点,块煤销售价格可提高15元/t。
In response to the serious breakage of lump coal in the transfer link of Harwusu Coal Preparation Plant,the characteristics of lump coal undersize fraction on the screen and carriage samples of the sculping screen were analyzed,and the drop test of lump coal was carried out to study the influence law of drop height on the undersize fraction.Based on the mechanical analysis,a block coal anti-fragmentation mathematical model was established,an anti-fragmentation technical scheme for block coal was proposed,and the anti-fragmentation technology transformation of fine coal sculping screen pre-screen chute and belt conveyor head chute was carried out.After the technology transformation,the 25 mm undersize rate of lump coal products in the carriage was 20.31%on average,which was 16.23 percentage points lower than that before the transformation and the sales price of the lump coal was 15 yuan/ton higher.
