基于红外辐射的富水复合顶板巷道围岩稳定性无损监测研究

摘要 为了实现对煤岩体长周期、高效率的监测预警,利用红外辐射监测技术,研究了红柳煤矿I010401工作面和I020308工作面运输巷在观测周期内的红外热像图、平均红外辐射温度(AIRT)和差分红外辐射温度(VSMIT)变化特征,得到了红柳煤矿I010401工作面和I020308工作面运输巷的VSMIT判定阈值。研究成果表明,红外辐射监测技术在现场监测应用是可行的,可对红外辐射监测技术在矿山围岩稳定性监测的应用提供借鉴。 In order to efficiently monitor and early warn the coal and rock mass disaster in a long-term,the infrared radiation monitoring technology was used to study the infrared thermal image,average infrared radiation temperature(AIRT),and variance of successive minus infrared image temperature(VSMIT)changes of the transportation lanes in the I010401 and I020308 working faces of Hongliu Coal Mine.The VSMIT judgment threshold of the transportation lanes in the I010401 and I020308 working faces of Hongliu Coal Mine was obtained.The research results indicate that it is feasible to apply infrared radiation monitoring technology in the on-site monitoring.The study can provide reference for the application of infrared radiation monitoring technology in the stability monitoring of mine surrounding rock.
