中国共产党纪检干部队伍建设的研究图谱——基于CiteSpace的可视化计量分析(1984—2023)

高质量的纪检干部队伍是推动新时代党的纪检工作高质量发展的组织保障。通过运用CiteSpace可视化计量工具对中国知网数据库1984年以来纪检干部队伍建设的研究文献作关键词共现分析和聚类分析发现,既有研究对纪检干部队伍思想建设和政治建设、履职能力建设、作风建设和纪律建设、规范化建设和内部机制建设各方面都已有所关注,研究主题聚焦。通过关键词时区图谱和突发词检测分析发现,纪检干部队伍建设的研究成果数量呈显著上升趋势,且经历了研究萌芽、稳步发展、研究深化三个阶段,研究领域和研究视野逐步拓展。但对既有研究进行时空分布分析发现,稳定的研究社群尚未形成,研究质量仍有待提升。

A high-quality team of disciplinary inspection cadres is the organizational assurance for promoting the high-quality development of the Party's disciplinary inspection work in the new era.By utilizing the CiteSpace to conduct co-occurrence and clustering analyses of research literature on the construction of disciplinary inspection cadre teams in the CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure)database since 1984,it is found that there has been significant research focused on various aspects of the ideological construction,political construction,functional capacity construction,style construction,discipline construction,standardization construction,and internal mechanism construction of disciplinary inspection cadre teams.The keyword timezone and burst term detection analysis reveal a notable increase in the quantity of research on the construction of disciplinary inspection cadre teams,characterized by three developmental stages,with the research scope and perspectives progressively expanding and deepening.However,an analysis of the spatiotemporal distribution of existing research shows that a stable research community is to be formed,and the research quality is to be improved.
