数字孪生驱动产品设计与制造创新框架研究

摘要 以算为中心网为根基的物联网、数字孪生、人工智能、5G技术、边缘计算等多种信息技术深度融合,成为智能制造的象征。新技术在升华产品制造方式的同时,重塑了人的生活方式,并加速推进设计智能化,引发创新方法、创新思维、创新场域的颠覆性变革。其中,数字孪生全息成像技术突破时空与场景的限制,在用户行为、功能结构、产品体验、动态交互等方面带给设计师更自由的选择与想象,实现了物质世界向虚拟数字化映射空间反馈,与5G网络、区块链、全息影像融为一体,使沉浸式设计方式成为工作常态,开启了产品设计交互的新阶段。数字孪生技术以其独特的展示方式、强大的整合功能以及技术优越性,全面变革了产品设计的思路和程序。 The deep integration of various information technologies such as the Internet of Things,digital twins,artificial intelligence,5G technology,and edge computing with computing as the center and network as the foundation has become a symbol of intelligent manufacturing.The new technology upgrades the way of product manufacturing and changes people's way of living.In addition,it promotes the intelligence of designation,triggers subversive revolution in creative methods,creative thoughts,and creative realms,Inside which the Digital Twins holographic imaging breached the limitations of time and space,brought designers choices that of more freedom and choices in the aspects such as user behavior,functional structure,product experience,dynamic interaction,that realized the mapping from material world to feedback to virtual digital space,fusing 5G-networks,blockchain,holographic imaging together,made immersive working methods becomes a habit and new phase of product designation-interaction has been established.Digital twin technology,with its unique display methods,powerful integrating function and technological superiority,accomplished comprehensively transition of the thoughts and procedure of product designation.
