摘要
通过游戏化的方式,激发工业博物馆用户自主探索的欲望,营造沉浸式参观体验,进而提升用户对工业文化的认知。采用问卷、访谈等方法,分析用户参观工业博物馆过程中的体验、动机、期望及痛点,总结出几种用户类型。基于八角行为分析法,探索核心驱动力对不同用户行为的触发。结合用户参观的几个阶段,提出增强工业博物馆用户体验的游戏化设计策略模型。同时以张之洞与武汉博物馆为例,设计“一个人,一座城”游戏,通过实际案例验证该模型的可行性。
By employing gamification,this study aims to stimulate users'autonomous exploration desires within industrial museums,fostering an immersive visiting experience and subsequently enhancing their awareness of industrial culture.Employing methods such as surveys and interviews,it analyzes users'experiences,motivations,expectations,and pain points during their visits to industrial museums,culminating in the identification of four distinct user typologies.Using the Octagon Behavioral Analysis framework,it explores how core drivers trigger different user behaviors.Furthermore,by considering the three stages of user visits,a gamification design strategy model is proposed to enhance the user experience in industrial museums.The feasibility of this model is demonstrated through a practical case study involving Zhang Zhidong and the Wuhan Museum,wherein the "One Person,One City"game is designed and implemented.
