文化扶贫视角下数字农家书屋的设计路径探析

Analysis of the Design Path of Digital Rural Library from the Perspective of Cultural Poverty Alleviation

数字农家书屋是新形势下加强乡村精神文化的重要举措,对推进乡村文化振兴具有重要意义。通过实地调研、文献研究等方法归纳总结数字农家书屋领域的发展现状与存在共性问题,结合国内外优秀公共文化服务建设经验,探究书屋建设的有效设计规律,深入分析数字农家书屋中人、书、书屋的关系,从顶层和基层两个视角出发,提出自上而下顶层设计、自下而上以人为中心的设计路径,为数字农家书屋的可持续建设提供部分设计思路。

Digital rural library is an important initiative to strengthen rural spiritual culture under the new situation,and is of great significance to promote rural cultural revitalization.The paper summarizes the current development and common problems in the field of digital rural library through field research and literature study,combines excellent public cultural service construction experiences at home and abroad,explores the effective design laws of library construction,deeply analyzes the relationship among people,books and rural library,and proposes top-down top-level design and bottom-up people-centered design from two perspectives of top-level and grassroots.This will provide some design principles for the sustainable construction of digital rural library.
