快优康复护理对老年股骨颈骨折患者病耻感及心理适应的影响

Effect of Quick Rehabilitation Nursing on Stigma and Psychological Adaptation of Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

目的:研究快优康复护理对老年股骨颈骨折患者病耻感及心理适应的影响。方法:选择我院2017年1月-2020年10月接收治疗的60例股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象,采用抽签将患者分成均等的2组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组此外还需采取快优康复护理,比较2组护理满意度、病耻感、心理适应水平及并发症发生率。结果:2组护理满意度分别为93.33%、70.00%,观察组显示出更高水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组社会排斥、经济歧视、内在羞耻感、社会隔离评分与护理前比较明显降低,且与同时点对照组比较显示更低水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组坚韧、自强、乐观维度评分与护理前比较明显升高,且与同时点对照组比较显示更高水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组并发症发生率分别为10.00%、26.67%,观察组显示出更低水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快优康复护理应用于老年股骨颈骨折患者拥有较高的临床价值。

Objective:To study the effect of Kuaiyou rehabilitation nursing on stigma and psychological adaptation of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:60 patients with femoral neck fracture who received treatment in our hospital were selected as the research object.They were all from January 2017 to October 2020.Patients were divided into two equal groups by drawing lots,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was also given quick and excellent rehabilitation nursing.The nursing satisfaction,stigma,psychological adaptation level and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the two groups were 93.33%and 70.00%respectively,and the observation group showed a higher level,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)..After nursing,the scores of social exclusion,economic discrimination,internal shame and social isolation in the observation group were significantly lower than those before nursing,and showed a lower level than those in the control group at the same time,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of tenacity,self-improvement and optimism in the observation group were significantly higher than those before nursing,and showed a higher level than those in the control group at the same time,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the two groups were 10.00%and 26.67%,respectively.The observation group showed a lower level,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quick and excellent rehabilitation nursing has high clinical value in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.
