红豆杉多糖对肉仔鸡生长性能及免疫力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 试验旨在探讨红豆杉多糖对肉仔鸡生长性能及免疫力的影响。选取7日龄817杂交肉仔鸡180羽,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复10羽鸡。空白对照组(NC)肉仔鸡饲喂基础日粮,其余5组分别为红豆杉多糖低剂量组(TP-L,0.5 g/kg)、中剂量组(TP-M,1.0 g/kg)、高剂量组(TP-H,2.0 g/kg)、红豆杉精多糖组(TEP,0.75 g/kg)、金霉素组(CTE,1 g/kg)。试验期14 d。结果显示,日粮添加红豆杉多糖对仔鸡的生长性能影响不显著(P>0.05)。TP-L组、TP-M组仔鸡胸腺指数均极显著高于NC组和CTE组(P<0.01);TP-M组、TP-H组、TEP组仔鸡血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量极显著高于NC组(P<0.01),血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量极显著低于NC组和CTE组(P<0.01),血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)含量极显著高于CTE组(P<0.01)。TEP组肉仔鸡十二指肠黏膜IL-1β、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的含量均极显著低于NC组和CTE组(P<0.01);TP-L组、TP-M组肉仔鸡十二指肠黏膜IL-4的含量极显著高于CTE组(P<0.01);TP-L组肉仔鸡十二指肠黏膜分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)含量显著高于NC组(P<0.05);TEP组肉仔鸡十二指肠绒毛长度/隐窝深度(V/C)值均极显著高于NC组和CTE组(P<0.01)。研究表明,红豆杉多糖可有效提高肉仔鸡的脏器指数、血清免疫指标含量,调节十二指肠黏膜免疫和改善十二指肠吸收功能,提高免疫功能,红豆杉多糖添加量为0.5~1.0 g/kg时效果较好。 The aim of the experiment was to investigate the effect of Taxus polysaccharide on growth performance and immunity of broilers.A total of 180 seven-day-old 817 broilers were randomly divided into six groups,with three replicates per group and 10 chickens per replicate.Chickens in the blank control group(NC)were fed with a basal diet,and the other five groups were low dose of Taxus polysaccharide group(TP-L,0.5 g/kg),medium dose group(TP-M,1.0 g/kg),high dose group(TP-H,2.0 g/kg)and Taxus extract polysaccharide group(TEP,0.75 g/kg),aureomycin group(CTE,1 g/kg).The experiment lasted for 14 d.The results showed that dietary supplementation of Taxus polysaccharide had no significant effect on growth performance of broilers(P>0.05).Thymus index of broilers in TP-L group and TP-M group was extremely higher than that in NC group and CTE group(P<0.01).Serum IgG,IgM and IgA content of broilers in TP-M group,TP-H group and TEP group were extremely higher than those in NC group(P<0.01),serum IL-1β content was extremely lower than that in NC group and CTE group(P<0.01),and serum IL-4 content was extremely higher than that in CTE group(P<0.01).The content of IL-1β and IL-6 in duodenal mucosa of TEP group were extremely lower than those in NC group and CTE group(P<0.01).The content of IL-4 in duodenal mucosa of broilers in TP-L group and TP-M group was extremely higher than that in CTE group(P<0.01).The duodenal mucosa sIgA content of TP-L group was significantly higher than that of NC group(P<0.05).The duodenal V/C value of TEP group was extremely higher than that of NC group and CTE group(P<0.01).The study indicates that Taxus polysaccharide can effectively improve the organ index and serum immune index,regulate duodenal mucosal immunity and improve duodenal absorption function,and improve immunity of broilers.Taxus polysaccharide supplemental level of 0.5-1.0 g/kg has better effect.
