摘要
试验旨在研究裂褶菌胞外多糖(SPG)对吉富罗非鱼的生长性能以及肠道菌群组成的影响。选取平均体重为(1.61±0.15)g、平均体长为(49.39±2.07)mm的吉富罗非鱼,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10尾鱼。对照组罗非鱼饲喂基础饲料,0.10%组、0.20%组、0.30%组分别在基础饲料中添加0.10%、0.20%、0.30%的SPG。试验期40 d。结果显示,0.10%组罗非鱼的生长性能最优。选取0.10%组与对照组,采用16S rRNA测序技术和生物信息学方法对比分析两组鱼体肠道的菌群。两组罗非鱼肠道的主要优势门包括变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、浮霉菌门(Planctomycetes)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)等;主要优势属为未分类罗丹诺杆菌科(unclassified-Rhizobiales)、未分类γ变形菌纲(unclassified-γ-Planctomycetaceae)、未分类浮霉菌科(unclassified-Gammaproteobacteria)、未分类芽孢杆菌目(unclassified-Bacillales)等。微生物群落功能预测(PICRUSt2)表明,在基础饲料中添加0.10%的裂褶菌胞外多糖能够促进鱼体的代谢、信息处理及机体系统等功能。研究表明,在基础饲料中添加0.10%裂褶菌胞外多糖有利于促进吉富罗非鱼的生长,改善肠道健康。
The experiment was to study the effect of Schizophyllum exopolysaccharides(SPG)on growth performance and intestinal flora composition of Gifu tilapia.Gifu tilapia with an average body weight of(1.61±0.15)g and an average body length of(49.39±2.07)mm were randomly divided into four groups with four replicates per group and 10 fish per replicate.Tilapia in control group were fed with basic diet,0.10%group,0.20%group and 0.30%group were supplemented with 0.10%,0.20%and 0.30%of SPG in the basic feed,respectively.The experiment lasted for 40 d.The results showed that 0.10%group had the best growth performance.0.10%group and control group were selected to compare and analyze the intestinal flora by 16S rRNA sequencing technology and bioinformatics methods.The dominant phyla of the two groups include Proteobacteria,Planctomycetes,Actinobacteria,Firmicutes,etc.The dominant genera were unclassified Rhodanobacillales,unclassifiedγ-Planctomycetaceae,unclassified Gammaproteobacteria,unclassified Bacillales,etc.The prediction of microbial community function(PICRUSt2)showed that adding 0.10%of Schizophyllum exopolysaccharides in the basal diet could promote the metabolism,information processing and body system functions of fish.The experiment indicates that adding 0.10%Schizophyllum exopolysaccharide to the basal diet is beneficial to promote the growth and improve the intestinal flora health of Gifu tilapia.
