摘要
研究旨在建立金根注射液特征图谱,为其质量评价提供依据。试验以绿原酸为参照物,采用Waters X Bridge C18色谱柱(粒径为3.5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液进行梯度洗脱;检测波长为240 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃。结果显示,供试品色谱中呈现7个特征峰,并与对应的参照物色谱峰保留时间一致。研究表明,该方法精密度高、专属性强、重复性好,可以更有效地控制金根注射液内在质量。
The purpose of the study was to establish the characteristic atlas of Jingen injection and provide the basis for its quality evaluation.Chlorogenic acid was used as reference,and gradient elution was performed on Waters X Bridge C18 column(diameter 3.5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)with acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution.The detection wavelength was 240 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the column temperature was 30℃.The results showed that there were 7 characteristic peaks in the chromatogram,and the retention time was consistent with that of the corresponding reference.The study indicates that the method has high precision,strong specificity and good repeatability,and can control the intrinsic quality of Jinjen injection more effectively.
