摘要
高校行政机构职能优化调整是高校适应改革发展新形势、全面深化综合改革的必然要求,目前高校管理机构存在设置不够合理,人员相对冗余,机构职能重叠、定位不清,人员工作效能不高等问题,建议以“大职能”理念整合相关职能,推动机构调整,提高编制使用效益,推进小机关、大学院建设,建立“一站式”服务体系,提升师生幸福感与满意度。
The optimization and adjustment of the functions of administration in colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement for colleges and universities to adapt to the new situation of reform and development and to deepen the comprehensive reform in an all-round way,and at present,there exists a lack of rationality in the setting of administration in colleges and universities,o verlapping of institutional functions,unclear positioning,o n the low efficiency of the staff.It is suggested to integrate the related functions with the concept of“big function”,promote institutional adjustment,improve the use efficiency of the establishment,and promote the construction of small institutions and large colleges,establish a“one-stop”service system,improve the happiness and satisfaction of teachers and students.
