以本为本——高校教学发展中心研究评述

Taking Undergraduate Education as the Foundation——Research Review on the Center for Teaching and Learning Development in Universities

高等教育的发展始终以人才培养为核心目标,培养具备高素养的知识、能力、思想的高质量人才,离不开教学这一重要途径的变革、发展和创新,建设教学发展中心成为教学改革重要选择,近十年围绕教学发展中心的研究有两大热点:定位性质功能;国际经验比较研究。通过梳理评述,为教学发展中心的建设发展和影响力提升提供思路,建议教学发展中心从助力学生成才、教师成长、学校发展的三个层面做好自身规划并结合各校实际稳步推进,才能实现其促进教学发展的目标。

The development of higher education has always taken“talent training”as the core objective.To cultivate high-quality talents with high-quality knowledge,ability and thoughts,it is indispensable to change,develop and innovate the critical way of teaching,and the construction of a teaching development centre has become a research hotspot in teaching.In the past ten years,there have been two hotspots in the research around the teaching development centre:the positioning of the nature of the function;and the research of comparison of international experience.This study provides ideas for constructing and developing teaching development centres and enhancing their influence through a review.It suggests that teaching development centres make their own planning from the three levels of helping students grow up,teachers grow up,and school development,and combine with the actual steady progress of each university to promote teaching development.
