移动医疗在肺癌患者术后康复居家护理中的应用研究进展

Application of mobile healthcare in home-based postoperative rehabilitation for lung cancer patients

对移动医疗在肺癌患者术后康复居家护理中的应用进展进行了综述,包括主要模式、应用现状以及应用中的难点,并提出了相关建议。重点阐述了移动医疗的3种应用模式即B2B模式、B2C模式、D2C模式和2种基于移动医疗的居家护理模式即“医院-居家”护理模式、“医院-社区-家庭”护理模式,指出了移动医疗在肺癌患者术后康复居家护理中的应用形式主要为电话短信、网络社交媒体、移动应用程序和可穿戴设备,但目前仍然存在着护理团队专业人才短缺、护理体系不完善、医护患权益难以保障、医保政策不健全等方面的应用难点,提出了应重视跨学科团队合作、规范移动医疗居家护理体系、保障医护患的权益以及健全医疗保障体系等方面的建议,以期为完善移动医疗肺癌患者术后康复居家护理体系提供参考。

This article reviews the progress made in mobile healthcare(mHealth)in home-based postoperative rehabilitation for patients with lung cancer,including primary modes,current applications,and challenges.Three application models of mHealth,i.e,B2B,B2C,and D2C,and two mHealth-based home care models,i.e.,"hospital-home"and"hospital-community-home"were elucidated.The application of mHealth in home-based postoperative rehabilitation of lung cancer patients was mainly in the form of telephone text messaging,online social media,mobile applications,and wearable devices.However,there were dilemmas such as the shortage of nursing professionals,weaknesses in the nursing system,unsecured rights and interests of care providers and patients,and inadequate health insurance policies.Suggestions were made to emphasize the cooperation among interdisciplinary teams,standardize the mHealth home-based care system,safeguard the rights and interests of healthcare providers and patients,and optimize the medical insurance system,in an attempt to provide evidence in the improvement of the mHealth home care system for postoperative rehabilitation of lung cancer patients.
