品管圈在提高患者身份识别符合率中的应用探讨

目的 探讨品管圈对提高护理质量控制中患者身份识别符合率的效果。方法 2022年7月-12月在海南省某三级甲等医院内科系统开展以“提高护理质量控制中患者身份识别符合率”为主题的品管圈活动,通过回顾性数据分析及现况调查,运用柏拉图和鱼骨图分析患者身份识别符合率不达标的主要问题和原因,针对问题和原因制定并实施相应的改进措施,比较品管圈活动实施前后护理人员在护理质量控制中患者身份识别符合率的变化情况,评价活动改善效果。结果 品管圈活动实施后内科系统患者身份识别符合率由实施前的92.6%提升到96.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在内科系统实施品管圈活动可以提高护理质量控制中患者身份识别的符合率。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of quality control circle(QCC)in increasing the match rate of patient identification.Methods From July to December 2022,QCC activities aimed at increasing the compliance rate of patient identification in nursing quality control were carried out in the department of internal medicine of the Second Affliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College.After conducting retrospective data analysis and investigating the current situation,we utilized Plato and fishbone diagrams to identify the primary issues and causes of the substandard patient identification match rate.We then developed and implemented appropriate measures to address these issues and causes.The changes of patient identification match rate of nursing staff in nursing quality control before and after the implementation of QCC activities were compared,and the effectiveness of these activities was evaluated.Results The match rate of patient identification in the department of internal medicine significantly increased from 92.6%before the QCC activities to 96.7%after the QCC activities(P<0.05).Conclusions QCC can increase the match rate of patient identification in nursing quality control in the department of internal medicine.
