图文式健康教育结合认知行为干预在肺癌患者中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨图文式健康教育结合认知行为干预在行放射治疗和化学治疗(简称“放化疗”)的肺癌患者中的应用效果。方法以2021年1月至2023年1月于连云港市第一人民医院接受放化疗的84例肺癌患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为2组。对照组患者(42例)施以常规护理,观察组患者(42例)基于常规护理施以图文式健康教育结合认知行为干预。比较2组的自我管理能力、生活质量、疾病认知行为掌握情况和康复锻炼依从情况。结果干预7 d和14 d后,2组的自我管理行为量表评分均高于入院时(P均<0.05);观察组的以上评分均高于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。干预7 d和14 d后,2组的圣乔治呼吸问卷评分均低于入院时,肺癌患者生存质量测定量表评分均高于入院时(P均<0.05);观察组的以上评分均优于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的疾病认知行为掌握良好率和康复锻炼依从良好率均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论图文式健康教育结合认知行为干预能够提高行放化疗的肺癌患者的自我管理能力,改善其生活质量,且能够提高其疾病认知行为掌握水平和康复锻炼依从率。 Objective To explore the application effect of graphic health education combined with cognitive behavioral intervention in lung cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods Eighty-four lung cancer patients who underwent radiotherapy and chemotherapy at the First Peoples Hospital of Lianyungang from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(42 cases)received routine care,while the observation group(42 cases)received graphic health education combined with cognitive behavioral intervention based on routine care.Compare the selfmanagement ability,quality of life,mastery of disease cognition and behavior,and compliance with rehabilitation exercise between the two groups.Results After 7 and 14 days of intervention,the selfmanagement behavior scale scores of both groups were higher than those at admission(all P<0.05),and the above scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group during the same period(all P<0.05).After 7 and 14 days of intervention,the St Georges Respiratory Questionnaire scores of both groups were lower than those at admission,and the Quality of Life Scale scores of lung cancer patients were higher than those at admission(all P<0.05),and the above scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group during the same period(all P<0.05).The observation group had higher rates of good mastery of disease cognition and behavior,as well as better compliance with rehabilitation exercise compared with the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of graphic health education and cognitive behavioral intervention can improve the self-management ability of lung cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy,improve their quality of life,and improve their level of disease cognitive behavioral mastery and rehabilitation exercise compliance.
