基于包络轮廓的接触应力计算方法研究

摘要 汽车轮胎与沥青路面间的相互作用受到广泛关注。为了计算轮胎与路表的接触应力,利用三维激光扫描仪获取路表纹理轮廓数据,采用Von Meier模型,借助MATLAB软件计算路表纹理包络轮廓,在此基础上利用DUBIOS应力计算模型计算胎路接触应力,与实测应力数据进行对比,并计算理论应力与实测应力的相关性系数。结果表明:应力理论计算结果与应力实测数据相关性良好(判定系数R^(2)>0.8),证明可以采用这里的方法计算胎路接触应力,这里研究成果可为胎路接触应力计算提供有效参考。 The interaction between automobile tires and asphalt pavement has attracted wide attention.In order to calculate the contact stress between the tire and the road,The 3d laser scanner was used to obtain the pavement surface texture profile data,and the Von Meier model was adopted to calculate the pavement surface texture envelope profile with MATLAB software.On this basis,the DUBIOS stress calculation model was used to calculate the contact stress of the tire path,which was compared with the measured stress data,and the correlation coefficient between the theoretical stress and the measured stress was calculated.The results show that the theoretical stress calculation results are well correlated with the measured stress data(determination coefficient R^(2)>0.8),proving that the method presented in it can be used to calculate the contact stress in the tread path.The research results in this paper can provide an effective reference for calculating the contact stress in the tread path.
