考虑粗糙度的喷油器流动特性影响研究

摘要 为揭示喷油器壁面粗糙度对燃油流动特性影响的机理,以某型号喷油器为研究对象,采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法,使用Fluent软件的气液两相Mixture湍流模型对喷油器进行了数值模拟,研究发现壁面粗糙度对燃油出口速度、湍动能、质量流量有一定的影响。研究结果表明:随着粗糙度的增加,出口平均速度呈下降趋势,特别是在Ra=1.6μm时,出口平均速度下降明显;随着粗糙度的增加,平均湍动能呈现上升趋势,其中Ra从0.4μm到0.8μm时,提升较为剧烈;随着粗糙度的增加,出口质量流量呈下降趋势,当Ra在1.6μm时,出口质量流量下降明显。该研究可以为喷油器优化设计提供一定的依据,对企业项目研发具有一定的指导意义。 To reveal the mechanism of the influence of injector wall surface roughness on fuel flow characteristics,a certain type of injector is used as the research object,using computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method,and using Fluent software’s gas-liquid two-phase Mixture turbulence model to affect the injector numerical simulations were carried out,and the study found that the wall surface roughness has a certain influence on the fuel outlet velocity,turbulent kinetic energy,and mass flow.The research results show that with the increase of roughness,the average exit velocity shows a downward trend,especially when Ra=1.6μm,the average exit velocity decreases significantly;with the increase of roughness,the average turbulent kinetic energy shows an upward trend,when Ra is from 0.4μm to 0.8μm,the increase is more dramatic;with the increase of roughness,the outlet mass flow rate shows a downward trend.When Ra is 1.6μm,the outlet mass flow rate decreases significantly.This research can provide a certain basis for the optimization design of fuel injectors,and has certain guiding significance for enterprise project research and development.
